The complex consists of 24 apartments, recently built, comfortable and elegantlyfurnished, divided into two terraced houses. The residence is surrounded by 2 hectares of park of oak forests. The resort also has a wellness center, steam room and jacuzzi, massage room with chromotherapy (reservation required), a large swimming pool (20x8m), a smaller one for children and a children's playground, barbecue area, a large breakfast room overlooking the park, a typical tuff cellar and a guarded parking lot for 80 cars.
