Room was clean and included everything I needed. Neighborhood was quiet.

Private. Clean and quiet. Safe neighborhood. I like that your parked outside your door. Coffee maker needs to be replaced it took over 16 minutes to brew. Mattress very comfortable but bed frame very squeaky. I would still recommend this rest apartment highly. Thank you.

Great little 1 bedroom 1 bath studio. Has fridge, hot pad, coffee maker and king bed. Only snags is we got there a little early and the neighbor let us in. The neighbor only spoke Spanish so we went back and forth with Google translate to get key code. Lot of fun. Highly recommend.

The pluses of this property are many: safe neighborhood, easy/close parking, very clean inside, quiet, nice renter walked over upon arrival to ensure got in and all good, nice proximity to Clearwater and Tarpon Springs (for touristy activities), kitchenette w/large refrig/microwaveoven, bathroom big and bright with hot water and soft toilet paper and Q-tips available and soaps/shampoo, very quiet and excellent air conditioner, iron board and iron available, blowdryer available. The minuses are much fewer (but one is enough displeaser that I'd probably not re-rent...will address this last.) These are the no biggies, but would like renter to know so can change/adjust as possible: inside main switch for light is for the very bright kitchen lights AND the overhead ceiling fan/light over bed...i'd suggest separating them so if one wants run ceiling fan separately from the bright lights being on...this is possible; the bathroom sink had no way of plugging sink for guys who wish fill with water and shave; there were no wash cloths (had great towels and hand towels though)...but my wife/I like wash cloths; and no broom/dustpan or small whisk broom available. AND, now here's the negative (that may not bother some) that would probably stop me from re-renting...the bed is squeaky/noisy upon any movement AND the mattress is very/very/very firm (I like firm, but this was a 10 on firmness). OVERALL, go for it if the bed issue described above is not an issue for you. God bless.

Awesome stay, super clean and cute! Very quiet at night, bed was comfy, close to beaches. Wish I could have stayed longer!!!

Very nice and clean. Personally, I didn’t use the kitchenette, but it was available and nicely laid out. The bathroom was larger than expected. There was adequate closet space if needed. The patio area would be perfect for an evening in if a couple decided to stay in. Overall, it was great for what I needed: a couple of days of job shadowing at the hospital in Tampa and a couple of beach days in Clearwater. I would definitely rent again if it’s available before I move down here!

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for our honeymoon. Upon first arrival, there didn’t seem to be any issues with the property and the host was kind. As we stayed day by day, we noticed that this place does have a major ant problem. We unfortunately found ants in food that had not been opened, and we also saw clusters of ants around the kitchen sink, on the counters, along the bottom of the toilet, near the shower in the bathroom, etc. The ants seem to be seeping in through the cracks in the house; cracks in the windows in the kitchen, bottom of toilet, bathroom window areas, up the sinks, and through the main door area. Our stay became increasingly stressful because we had to make sure we borderline were not eating in this place to prevent ants from pouring in. There were even a couple of ants we saw in our bed with no presence of food being in the bed with us.Below is a photo of an unopened bag of caramel corn we had as a wedding gift. Upon getting all of our things together before we headed back home, we discovered there were ants swarming inside of it. I wish our cameras picked up better quality photos, but the little black specs you can see in the photo circled on the bag are all ants, as well as a couple of ants got on my husband’s hand when he was touching the bag as well. All in all, the ants were swarming the inside and outside of this bag, and we wish we had a better experience with this rental.

It was an amazing stay and very quiet . It was super clean and functional. The communication was great. I would stay there again. The owners are super sweet and very attentive.

Overall everything was great. The only thing I think needs specified is that it is attached to someone homes. I had stayed for a week with my toddler and the accommodations were wonderful.

Once again, a wonderful time! A very gracious hostess who always takes good care of us!

My stay was nice. The room was very clean, but the ac was a bit difficult to get going and the ceiling fan did not stay on once you turned the lights off.

Very clean and welcoming. I just needed a bed for the night. This unit offered everything and was extremely comfortable.

The owners were such sweethearts, helping me with a door problem on the first night. Everything was quiet and peaceful, a nice neighborhood to walk around in!!

Very quiet and the perfect little place.

My wife and I did an overnight biking trip on the Pinellas Trail. It was a comfortable stay easy to find. Had a place for us to lock our bikes up. Great experience, Thank you

A very cozy little apartment. Very clean and some nice amenities like a hair dryer, kitchen ware, fridge, etc.

Very simple location and was able to navigate where I needed to be easily.

This apartment is super cute and very clean but the mattress makes so much noise when you try to move. It is such poor quality that my body hurts from TRYING to get sleep. We stayed for 3 nights and got very little sleep. Very frustrating! I did privately message the owner to let them know before posting this review but I did not get a reply so I felt it was only right to warn other possible renters. I should have read all the reviews prior to renting this apartment because many had the same experience which is really bothersome because the owners were told a few times from other renters but did not replace the mattress. but the place was clean and nice Hopefully the owners will reply that they have replaced this mattress.

This unit met my needs exactly. It was quiet, clean and very close to where I was working. The hands off entry/check in/check out was great. The unit was well appointed with cooking utensils and dishes and linens. The neighborhood was extremely quiet.

Elvira ( Property Manager) was very pleasant and always available should I need anything. Went out of her way to make sure I always got packages that were delivered and also to make sure I was in the correct driveway. I always pulled into the wrong one at the beginning of my stay and she would run outside and direct to the right driveway. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. She cares about her little apartment and her guests!!
