Stayed Aug 31, 2023- wrong phone number in the confirmation email - the owner did not get in touch with us - no home address provided and inadequate instructions to reach the apartment - no dishwasher (contrary to description) - no instructions as to how to dispose of the garbage - stained and smelly plastic mattress covers - the owner tried to charge us extra money for cleaning, when a cleaning fee was already included in the price of the accommodation
