Stayed May 29, 2025This unit was very clean and the decor was current. It was also warm and inviting. We loved the location in proximity to campus. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver since this addition to our trip was impromptu! All the amenities you could hope for.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025Perfect studio for my visit with my daughter at FSU. Single female traveling alone and felt very safe. 2 minute drive to my daughters dorm. Will book for all my visits.

Stayed May 30, 2024We loved the updated features (keyless entry, modern mirror, etc) and of course the Seminole decor. While it is close to FSU’s campus, we didn’t think it was exactly “walking distance.” Technically sure, but not the safest walk. Overall a great experience!

Stayed Nov 10, 2023Great location for walkable access to FSU campus. Unit was clean and had everything you could need for a weekend stay.. The bathroom is awesome with a huge shower and fancy light-up mirror. Our family of 4 was very comfortable there for the weekend to see a FSU game.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025This cozy renovated studio apartment was very clean and very nice. We had a great time staying there. Alan was very helpful with any questions I had and his response time was excellent. This apartment is perfect for college game day rather it’s for FSU or FAMU. The commute is perfect, not long at all. You also are not far from grocery stores or workout facilities and dining. I really enjoyed my stayed and would recommend this for anyone visiting Tallahassee, thanks again Alan.

Stayed May 14, 2025It's a comfy, studio style place. Listing was accurate. The washer and dryer are pretty quiet. I was solo so I can't speak on the sleeper sofa. The Publix nearby was nice and clean. The check in and out process was super easy with detailed instructions.It's perfect for any FSU fans that aren't traveling in a large group and want to be closer to the university.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025The property was tucked away just beyond Doak Campbell stadium near the FSU campus. Check in was easy, inside property was immaculate. Clean and comfortable and the hosts really thought of everything that you might need for a stay. This was probably the best stocked house we have ever stayed in. If we are ever back in Tallahassee we would stay here again.

The check-in process was smooth, the unit was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. It was walking distance to FSU and t Doak Campbell Stadium. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024Nice, clean room. Very comfortable and nice amenities. Close to FSU so easy to get back and forth with our son as he settled in to his dorm. Also very close to our new rental house so easy back and forth while we worked on the property. Parking was tight and the bldgs were packed closely together. But it worked and we had a great stay!
