PARKING:

Please be aware that our unit is privately owned, and parking is limited, with priority given to hotel guests. Upon your arrival between 8 AM and 4 PM, Aloha Surf offers 2 hours of free parking. After that, a fee of $20 will apply. You’re welcome to park briefly in the driveway while you check with the front desk for availability. If a spot is open, simply register your vehicle (license plate, color, make, and model). Please also note that the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. After 4 PM, please return to the front desk to secure a nightly parking pass for $40. Remember that this fee covers only one night, and registration is required daily.  We apologize beforehand for the uncertainty and thank you for your understanding.

    Our flight was at 5pm so we left Waikiki at 2:30pm. We wanted to leave our luggage at the lobby, but they refused to do so due to liability reasons, which was very disappointing.

    Easy walk to the beach and shopping. The accommodations are small but good for 2 people. We rented a car share from HUI for one day only so we did not need to use hotel parking. Uber is easy and quick to obtain.

    The bathroom has no ventalation, consequently it does not look well maintained. The only view is into other condos. Both the bed and couch were less than comfortable.

    This property was everything I expected based on the photos and description -great location. Close to beaches and local restaurants - property was clean - bed was comfortable with lots of extra pillows and an extra sheet - small kitchen available with a small fridge, utensils, coffee machine, blender, glasses, plates, bowls but no oven. We found the kitchen useful as we bought fresh pineapple and other fruit then cut them in the kitchen. - good instruction in the property to explain what to do with garbage and what to do if extra towels are needed or how to wash them. - one negative is that the air conditioner is loud. The first night my wife found it difficult to sleep due to the noise of the AC. After the first night she got used to it and was able to sleep, but it is loud. - there is a water filter downstairs so you are able to fill water bottles Overall I would recommend this property.

    The property is ran by hotel staff and if your not booked directly with the hotel. They don’t offer the VRBO guest amenities as they offer online, like parking in there parking garage or use of other amenities at the hotel. I was even told by two different staff members that Aloha Surf Guest come first. Then the VRBO guest get what is left over after 4pm. The building is run down and is past due for a remodel. Will not book with this place again.
