There's so much within a one-mile stroll, including Hilo Bayfront Beach Park, Lili'uokalani Gardens, the Hilo Farmers Market, and the University of Hawaii at Hilo. The surrounding blocks are also home to a wide array of shops, restaurants, cafes, and conveniences.

Walk home from the beach each day - with the provided boogie board in tow - to relax and unwind in the newly updated living space. The interior is compact but thoughtfully designed, offering a sitting area with a TV, a bistro dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances and maple cabinetry. The bedroom features the perfect desk nook for setting up your laptop as well as doors that open to the lanai, allowing you to fall asleep in the cool island breeze.     Loved the chickens! The condo was great...clean, modern, well appointed. Everything we needed was nearby i.e. no service, shop or restaurant was further away from the property than 3 miles including the beaches. Owner very responsive as was the onsite property manager. Great pool! The only negative was the doors and outside moldings of many of the other units could use some cleaning and painting, though. Otherwise, the entire facility was excellent. We highly recommend it!

    The condo is small but very well designed with plenty of spaces to tuck away luggage, closet and shelf space for clothing, bathroom cabinets and drawer space, etc. There is a very comfortable reclining love seat and smart tv in the living area and a small but well stocked kitchen. We come to Hilo a few times a year for work and stay for two weeks at a time, and it is important to us to feel like we can unpack completely and “live” there rather than being tourists. This is a very nice place to do that.

    The property was nice enough. Not quitw enough to do in Hilo. Plenty of good/decent places to eat. The rain was more than enough.

    The property was very clean and had all amenities you would need. The only thing I would change is to have a washer and dryer in the unit. They were available at the complex just not in the actual unit. Besides that, it had everything you needed for your stay.

    Nice pool, no hot tub. Unit is much smaller than description and pictures make out. Not suitable for more than 2 small people. Futon couch is tiny (twin/single) and short.
