Stayed Jul 17, 2025Beautiful apartment in a friendly, residential neighborhood. It included silverware, dishes, pots & pans and a coffee maker. There was plenty room for my family. You have to park on the street and it was usually a place to park. The host was just a phone call or text away when needed. There is a general store within walking distance & many restaurants a short walk or drive away.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was by far the best rental we have had. When I booked I didn’t know there were 2 floors and it was as big as it was. The amount of space provided allowed the adults to be on one floor and the kids on the other. The decor and upgrades were awesome and the apartment was immaculate and smelled so good I am purchasing what was used. With all that said whenever we are in Chicago we will be trying to stay here. The owner was AMAZING, she gave information on what was near, places to eat and responded quickly to questions we had. Thanks for providing an amazing place for our family to stay.

Stayed Apr 28, 2023Our jiu-jitsu team and a great stay at this property. It was easy to find, super clean, well supplied, and secure. Although South Chicago has a higher crime rate, we ultimately though this property kept us safe and comfortable.
