Stayed Nov 17, 2023We travel to Guadalajara at least once per year and I wanted to try this apartment out. Unfortunately I would not stay here again. The apartment has very rudimentary air conditioning (cool air that passes into the apartment from one hole in a wall in the main bedroom) and no ceiling fans. They advertised a floor fan for the second bedroom but it wasn’t available. After notifying them of the missing fan, they gave us a super high powered shop fan (imagine: one that is meant for drying up liquid in a large building after a flood, or one that you could use at a party outside). It was too loud and too powerful to have in the house with two small children. I tried to communicate this to the property manager and they just basically said sorry we don’t have another fan and that was it, no effort to try to replace the fan with something else from Walmart down the street or anything. We were there for a week so there was plenty of time to find a solution. The rooms were very very hot during the day, even other guests from other units were complaining in the common areas about how hot it gets. I would not stay here again, there are so many cool properties in Guadalajara where the host is truly helpful if you have any issues.

Stayed Sep 27, 2022We had a great stay in the property. The self-check in process was very appreciated since we arrived a little late to the place. The decoration is modern and very tasteful and the place was very close to the historic center. Will definitely stay again when I come back
