Great communication and really nice place.

We enjoyed our stay! The only issue we had was with communication around using the swimming pool. Since we only stayed two nights, we asked to have the pool ready to use when we arrived. It was not warm enough to use until the second day. We asked for a refund for the day it wasn't warm and did not hear back from the host. Otherwise a good stay.

Very nice house for family vacation. Only let down is 95.00 pool heating per day which I come to know after is stayed there.

Quick stay on a business trip. Space clean, convenient and close enough to downtown. Would recommend.

The place is exactly how it appears on site. Very well located and easy to get too. The only issue a lack of communication with property manager. Had to contact the manager to verify our stay.

We had a beautiful stay at the house! It accomodated all our needs and the pool was really enjoyable.

Perfect for what i needed. Awesome layout for seperate family sleeping, easy to maneuver for my mo ility challenged parents. Fun pool. And overall, just a well appointed property. Oh, and i loved the range, but cooking is a hobby of mine

Great place.

There are a number of positives about this house. Fairly close to old town Scottsdale, nice MB bath, nice kitchen, nice living room sitting area. Several things need attention though. The carpets were stained and either need to be cleaned or replaced. Needs an outside table with 4 normal chairs. There was only 1 wine glass and the frying pan handle was falling off . Hardly any hangers in the closets. It just seems like no one is really paying attention to the property.

Overall had an enjoyable time. Property was nice and conveniently located to mall and restaurants. One piece of feedback is there were no lounge or chaise lounges in pool area like in picture.

Host canceled on us the night before our stay ! So we did not enjoy anything about this .Extremely inconvenient, very disappointing.

We booked 2 days before our stay in AZ for 2 nights. The reservation was only for One night by mistake when we needed to. Josh refused to cancel with the full refund. We did not stay at the property and we were still required to pay.

The stay was great the only issue was not being able to adjust the thermostat it was cold

Stayed a couple days and enjoyed the heated pool.. was nice break from the cold north land of Minnesota.

The property was lovely! Spacoius, open seating was ideal for families gathering. Great communication with agent, easy check-in, comfortable beds. Very pleased with our choice. Highly recommend.

Overall, the property was good. The beds were comfortable and the showers and bathroom and kitchen was also very good. However the carpet was gross!! People should really take off their shoes once in a millennia. The pool should just be heated or not heated as this was complicated by further charges for warmer water during a freak cold front. So if you’re wanting swimmable water without that nice polar bear effect, you better pay the extra $100s of dollars for it- but that also would make me look for another listing with all the charges up front anyways. Next time I’ll know better. Also, there are cameras outside near the pool so just know you’re being watched - which is weird and kinda slimy. And lastly, you better read all the rules carefully - they are precise and strict with fees attached to all of them.

Bath broken. Drains not working. Both tubs have holes in them so unusable. Old food in fridge. Overall dusty and dander filled. Duvet was not washed. Excellent customer service but the basics of the house need to be updated, No bathtubs should have holes in them.

Very nice and clean house

We had a great time! The pool was a big hit with the kids. The house was spacious and had a nice sofa with room for all of us to hang out together. This is being picky, but the “pink” bedroom had sheer curtains with no blinds. You would be visible from the street at night so we covered them with extra sheets.

This was a wonderful property to land for meals, rest and relaxation. Close to everything we needed.

We were extremely impressed with the property. It felt very high-end and offered everything we needed. The house was spacious and the backyard was the perfect hangout spot.
