Apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace and private pool. It is well located in the historic centre, about a 25 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 6 guests. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties (see booking conditions).

The interiors are modern and bright. Neutral colors, stone and parquet flooring, original artwork and contemporary design furniture create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is on the second and third floor of a quiet residential building. With 130sqm inside + 100sqm of outdoor space.

On the lower floor is the resting area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom No.1 has a king size double bed (1.60x2.10m). En-suite bathroom with a rain showerhead, which provides a pleasant rain-like feel. Bedroom No.2 has a double bed (1.40x2.00m) and bedroom No.3 another double bed (1.35x1.90m).

The second bathroom is next to bedrooms 2 and 3. With a bathtub, overhead shower, bidet, washbasin and WC.

On the upper level is the living space and terrace. The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 rocking chairs and a table which can be lowered and used as a coffee table or raised for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils for cooking and high-quality appliances. Oven, washing machine and dishwasher included.

On this floor is the third bathroom complete with shower.

Other features: TV, free WIFI internet and telephone (see conditions). There is central air-conditioning with cooling and heating.

The living room opens to the private terrace and swimming-pool, which can be used all year-round (unheated). Pool measures: length 6m, width 4m, depth 1.40m. The terrace has been decorated and equipped with plants, flowers, canopy, deckchairs, table, chairs and an outdoor shower.

The apartment is on the second and third floors of a quiet residential building, without elevator. There is a service lift to bring up/down your luggage.

    Lovely apartment, clean, spacious with private pool. We were allowed late check out. Is a quiet neighbourhood. Most places were about 20mins away and train and bus stations about 30min walk away

    A nice, spacy appartment at a great location. At walking distance there are numerous places to eat and drink. Alameda de Hercules with its several bars is at walking distance as well.The appartement itself is fine as wel, our group especially appreciated the area around the pool.Communication went smooth, when i asked a question i got a complete and soon answer in no time. We called when we left the airport and when we arrived 20 minutes later at the appartement, there was already someone there to check us in, show us the appartment and give us some tips about where to spent the evening/night. Only slightly downside were the small beds in the to sideroomsBut all in all, reconmended!

    We really enjoyed the stay at 41 Calle Relator! Location was good, we like being in a more authentic location away from the main tourist spots. The apartment was a great size and the outdoor space was fabulous. We hired a car, and parking took some planning. We ended up finding a car park about 30 minutes walk from the apartment, as there is pretty much no chance of getting a parking spot on the streets close to the apartment. That said, the location of the property was so good that we ended up mostly exploring on foot. If it’s just a city break you are after, don’t worry about a car - the area around apartment seems well connected with buses.

    This apartment is perfect for couples traveling together. It’s location is ideal for walking around Seville to see the sights. Consider using taxi’s and Uber to travel outside of town if needed. Paid parking is a 15 minute walk away and street parking is nearly impossible. Great place, great location, great value.
