This property is situated in the small and quiet village of the 'Reis Magos', known for its calm and pebble beach, much appreciated by locals and tourists.
The apartment stands out for its comfort and simplicity. With two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living room and two full bathrooms, the house receives a maximum of 4 people.
On the balcony, you will be able to catch your daily doseof Vitamin D, with a fantastic and relaxing view of the Atlantic Ocean.
It has all the amenities to make your holidays calm and relaxing!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
The ‘Reis Magos’ area is known for its tranquility and beautiful promenade, which connects in perfect harmony the sea and the land. The building is situated five hundred meters from this fantastic promenade, ideal for a walk in the summer evenings and winter afternoons or to go to the beach during the hottest days.
You will also find within walking distance plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in our delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, in Caniço (five minutes by car) you will find a greater variety of restaurants, a pharmacy, and a shopping centre with a medium-sized supermarket.

GETTING AROUND
We recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi on your own at the airport!
There are bus stops nearby to get you to Funchal.

Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (e.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior to arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair, and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket are available in all properties.

ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for each person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz.
All guests staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay (€14 per person). Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.

    A spacious appartment with seaview. We had a good stay. In nov. 2023 there was no useable parasol and all four matrasses are worse. Please ask the organisation if the did replace them.

    Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut. 2 Bäder sind sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber dafür ruhig. In Strandnähe, aber mit steilen Weg. Die Balkonmöbel waren reparaturbedürftig. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Urlaub

    Property is in a nice location with beautiful views of the. ocean. It is a short walk to the bus into the city.A supermarket, bakery and restaurants within walking distance.
