Large two-room apartment of about 50 sqm, suitable for 2 people, located in Lazise, just 1300 meters from the historic center and 1600 meters from the sandy beach of Lazise. It is part of the Blitz Apartment Complex, which features a beautiful swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) surrounded by a large green area and a solarium, where each resident is assigned a designated area. A communal barbecue is available for shared use.



The apartment is located on the first floor and includes a kitchenette equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine. The living area has a table and a sofa. There is a spacious double bedroom with a wardrobe and balcony. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower box.



The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Secure parking is available for guests. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
