Large double bedroom with wardrobe and satellite TV, small bedroom with two single beds (one of which is pull-out) and wardrobe. Bathroom with large shower with crystal enclosure, sink, washing machine, toilet and bidet. Balcony with armchairs and sun awning. The swimming pool is just a few metres from the apartment. It is possible to park the car or bicycles in the private garage. A few steps away there is public parking and a children's playground. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Small pets are allowed by reservation and with a supplement.
