Renovated apartment facing the sea, tastefully furnished, located in the popular Riverina building with side sea view from the terrace.



This incredible beach apartment offers a comfortable living room with a large television and a corner sofa, dining table for 4 people and access to the south-facing terrace from where you can enjoy a pleasant side view of the sea. The kitchen is super modern and is well equipped with everything you need to cook.



The main bedroom has a large double bed, built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Direct access to the terrace. The other bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children. The recently renovated and tastefully decorated bathroom features a spacious floor-level shower.



Fast fibre optic internet and air conditioning throughout the space. We provide bedding, towels, iron and hairdryer. Community pool.

There are 6 unassigned parking spaces at the back of the building. Parking is not guaranteed even though we provide the remote control. (underground parking is not allowed, these are private spaces)

    We liked everything about the apartment. Perfect location. Very secure and had everything we could possibly need. The lock on the apartment door was a bit tricky sometimes but once we got used to it was fine.
