Fantastic 2 bed/2 bath beach front apartment on the 7th floor in the Olimpo community, next to the Torreblanca beach in Fuengirola. The sunny terrace has the most amazing sea views, and the beach is literally just across the street.





The apartment has a spacious lounge with a big comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, TV and dining table. There are 2 unusually big bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 individual beds, both rooms have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 modern bathrooms with walk in showers. You reach the private south east facing terrace with morning sun, both from the livingroom and the master bedroom and from here you have the most spectacular sea views.



The apartment is equipped with fast fibre optic Wi-Fi and international television package. We provide all bed linen and towels.



The community offers ample secure parking if you have a car, though you certainly don't need one here, as the apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from Torreblanca or Carvajal train stations with trains that run efficiently, comfortably and affordably between Fuengirola town centre, the airport and Malaga city if you want to visit during the day.





The beaches are highly rated in this area and this spot also features a chiringuito beach bar across the street as well as a small children's play area on the sand. This area is a bit more quiet than the center of Fuengirola, but you are still on walking distance from all the services you need such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops and supermarket.

    Thank you for 14 weeks in your apartment. We would like to offer some feedback to help ensure future guests have an even better experience. • Several of the pieces of furniture are quite worn, and we noticed signs of moisture damage in some of the rooms. • The information folder needs to be updated – especially to clearly state that the air conditioning container needs to be emptied regularly. • The beach equipment could use some organizing – many items are broken. We bought two new parasols ourselves, which we’ve left in the apartment for future guests to use. • The air conditioning system should also be cleaned – it emitted a bad smell upon startup and continued for the first 3–5 days. We hope this helps you improve the place going forward. Thanks again.

    The apartment was great but the building its self needs a face-lift. They started painting the inside of it last year but was not finished. Some broken tiles on the stairs into the enterence of the building have not been replaced or repaired. Having said that we will be booking the same apartment through Sol Rentals next year as they are so good to deal with.

    The apartment is in a great location that is close to everything but still in a quiet place. walking distance to restaurants/Bars and Supermarkets if you don’t want to drive.

    This apartment it ideal for 4 adults. It's spacious with two separate sleeping bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Right on the beach with beautiful views. We stayed for two weeks so it would have been nice to have a spare set of linen for beds. Sol Rentals are a pleasure to deal with and are always on hand to answer any questions. An extra set of bed linen to change beds.

    Was a great apartment layout etc. Just a pity the public areas around lift and entrance to apartment were not kept well. But obviously work being done on these areas so will make a big difference.

    We had lovely time staying here...beds comfortable...rooms all decent size...walk across road u on the beach...restaurants etc nearby plus decent supermarket within 10 min walk... The balcony was fine but think a paint job would freshen it up a bit...its a minor moan as we sat out each day for breakfast and quite a few nights for dinner

    I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter for 5 nights. Apartment has 2 large and bright bedrooms with plenty of room. 2 bathrooms with good showers. Extra touches like hand soap, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets to get us through was really nice. Also had 2 beach towels, and beach chairs and shopping trolley. Everything we needed was supplied. One or two stains on the couch, and second bedroom has a lot of marks on the wall as you enter, could do with a touch up. Tiles on balcony are cracked and we were afraid my granddaughter would cut her feet walking on them. Sol Rentals are a pleasure to deal with and are always on hand to assist with any queries. I will continue to book with them when I stay in the area and would definitely return to the apartment.
