Nice apartment
The inside of the property was nice and clean. The building itself was poor. No pictures in listing showed outside of property. 4 apartment complex. Surrounding neighborhood within a mile were nice but the actual location was in a less desirable location. Heavy smell of smoke and marijuana when entering the building. Did not get code to get into property until a few hours before because of poor communication.
We love the home. So cute, very cozy, located right off the highway, close to everything. The furniture wasn’t very comfortable but we made it work.
We visited Cincinnati for Bengals game. Apartment was a nice place to stay.
I needed a rental on short notice and was glad to find this one. On the whole this was a comfortable place to stay. I read reviews of this property on a couple of sites so I was prepared for some of the drawbacks. Yes, the parking lot is incredibly steep so if you have to haul car seats or heavy things back and forth to/from the car it's a pain. Yes, the mattresses are horrible. The other tenants are not great about making sure the main building door stays shut and locked, but I never felt unsafe. The apartment was clean and felt large. You can tell it has been updated. There was not much to cook with, but I made due. The day that I arrived the cleaner had left a note that the dishwasher was not draining. I notified the owner and said that I would not need the dishwasher. It was not repaired while I was there (1 week) but again, I was fine with that. The apartment is on a busy road but I never heard traffic, probably because I was running the window AC units most of the time. It's in a good location, not a long driving distance from anything you'd need and easy to hop on and off the cross county highway.
We enjoyed our rental apartment for our ladies weekend away. The location was very convenient. Our main complaint is that the mattresses were flimsy and cheap. The cleaning could have been a little bit better, especially in the bathroom. The owner was very quick to respond to the few issues that we did have. In spite of these issues, we would definitely stay there again.
