Radiant Apartment in Downtown Asheville King/Double 2 BD/1BA

Super cute and convenient! Very welcoming, so nice to not have to pack coffee and creamer for a short stay. Very clean and well stocked. Parking is tight, convenient but tight, glad we did not bring my husbands pick up truck but other that that we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

For the price we paid some more amenities would have been nice. They gave us a single milk chocolate bar. The shower did not have body wash. I also paid a cleaning fee and I'll assume the sheets on the beds were clean, but the king bed had some really off-putting yellow stains. Also, I did not receive checkout instructions until a few hours after checkout time.

The place was great and our host left a bed and food/ water bowls specifically for my pups! Loved that part. Was easy to get around downtown and the condo was very clean/sheek. Thank you!

Very clean and cozy apartment! I appreciated having the black out shades and drapes throughout the apartment to help with the local street lights.

We all stayed here to celebrate my sons 23 birthday. We loved the house and the location!

The apartment was very well cleaned and all the furnishings and appliances are nice. Very cozy and within a 15 minute drive of everything you’d want to do in the city. I didn’t realize when booking that this complex is across the street from a homeless resource non profit, so there were quite a few different people sleeping on the sidewalks the entire day/night, visible from the front door and window. We had no issues with anyone but it’s definitely something I would consider in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay. The unit was easy to access from the interstate, the parking was tight, but private parking sure was great. Property was super clean and very modern in style. My favorite part was the access to downtown. Most places I wanted to visit, were a mile or less walk. Being pet friendly was also a huge plus. Definitely at the top of my list for my next trip to Ashville.

Really liked the lodgings. Pretty easy to travel by foot or Lyft to our destinations. A lot of Homeless activity out front, especially Friday morning. Got to see a wide variety of people and open drug use. Not much anyone can do about that. Binder for property info is slightly outdated compared to online info regarding checkout. All this being said, we would stay here again.

We felt safe but it is an experience!

The unit that we stayed in was nice and clean. The house-less situation was our only concern. We knew this ahead of time because the owner was very clear in the property description. Please make sure you read it. We had pets (who didn't end up coming anyway!?!) so we were limited to places to stay. This unit was clean and cared for. Usually pet friendly places are a little run down. This was NOT the case. As of June 2024: The houseless people were in large numbers at times (30 or more), and I seen a gentleman sitting on the properties front steps. I had to cross paths with someone yelling to themselves and he was wearing a large knife on his hip. I also saw others swinging a baseball bats. This did make me feel uncomfortable. I also came upon many who returned my smile and were extremely pleasant. We stayed 2 nights and the fire police and the cops were present (that I seen twice) NOW, I am not complaining, I am only sharing my experience BECAUSE I want everyone to have a great stay in Asheville. I hope this is found to be helpful. I do not mean any disrespect in anyway. I am truly grateful to the selfless folks who have a heart for helping others!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It is close to shopping and great restaurants. We had a wonderful weekend!
