Quinta do Torrejão by Interhome

Spent 2 weeks in this apartment. The area is great, with a short walk to many good restaurants and beaches. The pool is big and there we many available sunbeds when we visited the pool. Easy to contact the owners and good communication. The apartment is small and dated in addition to being poorly equipped. Kitchen is small, there is no dishwasher (overlooked by me), there is a gas stove, but no non-stick pans, so literally impossible to make any food at the kitchen without burning it in the pans in the kitchen. Kitchen drawers are loose/crooked and hard to close and both cabinets and drawers contains a bare minimum of what is needed. Basic tools like spatulas and other utilities are missing. Beds are old, squeaky, short and uncomfortable. Some sort of memory mattress and pillows and nobody in our family like this, but this is of course just personal taste. But the length of the beds was a problem for me. I am 190 cm tall and the beds were older wooden beds, with headboard and footboard of wood. My feet were sticking out at the end of the bed and had to rest on this wooden footboard, making it hard to get a good nights sleep when you cannot sleep in the positions you are used to. It also seems that the apartment is underpowered. Every time we tried to use the washing machine and the air condition was on, the main circuit breaker would shut off, so we had to turn everything off when the washing machine was running. We would not rent this apartment again.

Résidence plutôt calme, le logement était plutôt bien. Tout comme la SdB récemment rénovée, la cuisine mériterait la même chose, trop vieille et un lave vaisselle aurait été un plus. Le WiFi fonctionnait mal, la terrasse de toit est un véritable atout mais mal exploitée, bien aménagée nous aurions pu y passer plus de temps. Mauvaise organisation des chaises autour de la piscine, difficile à trouver, et une fois trouvé elles étaient cassées Mais malgré ça nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons eu un très bel accueil par V. Le logement était très propre et lumineux avec une bonne exposition.Nous avons pu prendre nos repas sur la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et au loin la mer. Proximité de la plage avec possibilité de s'y rendre à pied. La résidence est bien située géographiquement pour visiter la région. Les seuls petits désagréments : les deux lits simples grincent, et il manque un étendoir à linge .

Fantastic for a really relaxing holiday. Close to beach with superb facilities onsite. quiet and relaxing, Spent all day at the beach and late afternoon by the pool with 3 year old Grandson. Met with V. on arrival and he helped greatly with local bars and restaurants. Several restaurants within walking distance who all do takeaway. Spent great evenings eating on the balcony and watching the sunset. First time here and will return .Bathroom was superb Thank you V. and I.

Agréable séjour, appartement propre et fonctionnel. Peu de monde en cette période ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Petit bémol concernant la literie la longueur du lit en 185cm est un réel soucis. Dans l'ensemble une très belle découverte du Portugal et de cette belle région de l'Algarve. Nous recommandons sans soucis !
