Quiet, private, 1 bedroom, studio in great part of town. Old recording studio!

Very nice

The property was very amazing. They had almost anything you would need during your stay. Also it was very close to the zoo and a couple spots to eat.

Positive: no window in bedroom so you don’t have the constant sunlight. Also only a short ride to the airport. Negative: decor and furniture very run down. Everything was old and peeling. Didn’t like that we weren’t able to lock the doors to the room as there are two outside doors that lead to the main room. I’m sure that this place would be great for someone else, just not me.

Location was a perfect size for two travelers. Ben was very accomodating, easily accessable for questions, and could not have been a better host.

The place was really cute, and the location was GREAT! The only complaint I have is that it was so hot inside and I couldn’t get it cooled off. Otherwise, it was all good.

After checking prices of rooms in Anchorage, we found this place. It was significantly less expensive. The room was exactly as advertised. Ben, our host was extremely helpful in terms of finding places to go and suggesting places to go eat. Ben had the perfect mix of being helpful and also giving us our privacy. Everything we wanted to see or do was easily accessible at this location.

Ben was very accommodating to our needs. He answered all of our questions promptly and gave us great suggestions on things to do in the area.

Ben is an engaged host who aims to please. The unit is an old recording studio and perfect for sleeping when there’s 24 hours of light.

This listing was perfect for our two nights in Anchorage before our cruise out of Seward. Rented a car and it was very easy to get around from here :) Clean, quiet and just as described!

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The location is away from mainstream traffic in a quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and well maintained. It filled all the squares for us while reconnecting with our past home state. Thank you!
