Quiet premium vacation apartment - near the university hospital

A, quite simply, perfect place for a stay in Dresden! We heard a lot about this place from a previous renter, but even that praise was understated. From the welcoming owners over the very clean, cozy, and well-lighted apartment to the many small things that show the attention to the detail. Of those, there are too many to list in this review (the quality of the workmanship that has been built into the place and the coordination of the colors are just two of them), suffice it to say that it felt a very warm and welcoming place. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

An amazing apartment, it's all you need to explore the wonderfull city of Dresden. With a few more towls and dishes we would have rated the property the highest possible level!

This is a really beautiful flat, brand new with high tech fittings, very clean and extremely well equipped. For example, I am a coffee addict, and there were 3 different types of coffee maker - a Nespresso machine, an electric percolater, and a cafetiere! Oh, and an electric milk frother for the perfect cappucino! There is a double bed, and a sofa bed if you are more than 2 people. Sarah and Harald were very helpful hosts. They also provided us with 2 bikes, although in fact we did not get around to using them. The only disadvantage of the flat is that it is 4km from the centre, which is a 5-10 min walk to the tram stop + tram ride. If you are in Dresden for sightseeing, as we were, you might prefer to stay nearer the centre. In Dresden itself, we particularly enjoyed a walking tour of the main sights, and a tour around the amazing VW glass factory (Glaesernemanufaktur).

I spent two weeks in this newly-built apartment this summer and I have to say that the friendly owners have thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable. The apartment is on a quiet street but still very near to the center and it is very easy to reach the sights with the tram or with the bicycles they were kind enough to provide for guests. The kitchen is set up to be used to really cook meals and to have an enjoyable time cooking, unlike many holiday apartment kitchens with the just the basics. I enjoyed eating breakfast on the sunny balcony and loved the modern bathroom. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a modern hotel feeling in a holiday apartment.
