Quiet, Cozy & Safe 2 Bed 1 Bath in Crescent Hill

Owner just was really great in providing us all the information we would need to have a great time in the area. We took his advice and had some really great experiences. House was very beautiful and comfortable and just had great vibes! Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk at all hours of the day or night and feel safe. Easy drive to mall and to downtown. Owner even had it decorated for the current holiday which was fabulous. Can't say enough good things about the owner, house, or neighborhood. If you want a quiet cozy beautiful getaway that's close to everything then this is the place to be!

It was a great stay the property was super clean and the property manager was great!

The host was on the property when we arrived to ensure that our check process went smoothly. He provided a tour of the space and pointed out unique electronic features that were available to us. He followed up the next morning with a phone call to ensure that the night had gone well. The porch area was undergoing a variety of construction projects and once those are complete it will be a lovely area for outdoor seating.

The place was clean and had all the basic needs in the kitchen. Great location to all different parts of Louisville.We would stay here again.

Everything was great. Located in a nice safe neighborhood, and talking to the owner was simple.

First of all, Chris was a fantastic host- very responsive and available for our needs. The apartment was perfect for us and in a great neighborhood (clean, safe, attractive). We walked to Eggs Over Frankfort for breakfast (highly recommend). There were other walkable shops and places to eat as well. Other restaurants we tried were Mojitos Cuban food and Hammerheads- both fantastic. We were only in town for two nights to visit my son but were able to squeeze in some great stuff- the Churchill Downs tour and museum, a distillery tour at Angel’s Envy Bourbon Distillery, visited Old Louisville, and walked along the riverfront in the evening when it was all lit up. Louisville was lovely and I can’t recommend this apartment enough! If I come back to Louisville, I’ll definitely stay here again!!

What a wonderful stay! Our hosts, Chris and Felix, could not have been more welcoming! The apartment was very comfortable with everything we could have needed. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful, the neighborhood the atmosphere, Chris our host was wonderful and met us to tell us about our apartment and even gave us recommendations on local restaurants, super sweet guy. Our apart was super clean and cozy. We will be booking again!

The location was perfect for our stay. The host was always available for any of our inquiries and great at giving suggestions of where to go and must do’s in Louisville. The rooms were clean and we had everything in the kitchen we needed. We had a 2nd floor apartment, so there are quite a few stairs to navigate, especially if you are older and have to carry up suitcases.

Perfect accommodation for our one night stay in Louisville for a concert. Our group consisted of two couples and our teen daughter. Chris met us upon arrival and gave us a run down on the property and offered local ideas for places to eat. The 24/7 Diner was perfect for our late dinner after the show. We found the beds very comfortable for all and the new couch was a nice surprise. The new patio was beautiful and the Halloween decor were top notch. I would definitely stay again! Thanks again Chris for your accessibility and willingness to be on call if needed!

Chris was a wonderful host who made you feel like another one of the neighbors on the street!

A lovely, quiet neighborhood, treehouse views from the upper apartment and lots of light and comfy furnishings. We had a great stay and felt Chris was an excellent host, eager to assist in any way. Be prepared to provide your own coffee and have a brief walk through to receive the entry code and a walk through of home systems.

We had a wonderful time on the whiskey trail and this was the perfect place to relax and make dinner after being out and about all day.

I grew up in Louisville and went home for a family vist. Location was perfect and our host was very attentive. I would happily stay here again.

Chris was a great host, and the house is in a nice safe neighborhood. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, pubs, shops, etc. A good place to stay in Louisville!

We stayed for a weekend and was grateful for the quiet neighborhood. The entry access is keyless, which I find convenient.The unit is on the second floor of an older home. There are two bedrooms and one bath/shower. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a separate dining area. The wood floors shown in the pictures are now carpeted thru out the dinning, living and bedroom areas. The living room has a large smart TV and Chris has even set up some voice activated lights thru out the unit. He is a wonderful host to communicate with, quite helpful and assists with checking in. He currently has some construction projects happening in the front yard and sidewalk, which is a bit haphazard.
