This fully equipped, contemporary unit is in the heart of town, just four short blocks to SLO's famous Farmers Market and walk-streets.
The unit comes with an off-street, covered parking space. You can park your car and walk the downtown area during your entire stay. With the Amtrak station just 2 blocks away, you can also wheel your carry-on to our unit and walk the rest of your stay.
The apartment is equipped with a full-size kitchen that features Travertine backsplash and butcher-block counters. The kitchen includes dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and microwave, allowing you to prepare and store food if you don't want to eat out every meal.
The unit features oak laminate flooring throughout. The bedroom has a queen bed and huge, walk-in closet. The living room has a new Lazy Boy couch with a pull-out sofa and a TV. The unit also has an oversized bathroom with granite counters and stylish subway shower surround. It also has a private balcony, and is wired for Internet.
The building is shaded by mature palm trees in the back and a majestic oak in the front. We are also situated on a small creek. Winter rains fill the creek, providing the soundtrack of a babbling brook.
Your vacation apartment is part of a duplex located behind a historic home; the duplex has two identical units located across the landing from each other. If you have extended family or a larger party, you can rent both concurrently, depending on availability.
There is a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room between the units.
This unit is on the 2nd story, so stairs are required to access the unit.

I stayed here for 5 weeks and was very happy with the apt - it was perfect for just me. My only disappointment was that there seemed to be a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood, but that is not the fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive when I had some issue with the cable. Overall, a great stay.
This place was in the perfect location for us to be able to take in all that downtown SLO has to offer. We were able to walk downtown for anything whether it was coffee in the morning or dinner at night. It was also a quick drive to the wineries and Bishop's peak for a morning hike. The apartment was quiet in the back of the property with nothing to worry about as I always felt save.

One block from Amtrak station. We could easily walk into town. Local buses are available. No car is required. Property managers were very nice and very helpful.
Had a great stay in SLO. Very quiet and tucked away location. Very convenient to everything. and easy walk to restaurants downtown and in the rail yard district. Well stocked kitchen with everything you might need. Owners were super easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Very nice place. Location is great. Can walk to a lot of places. The covered off-street parking make this place easy to stay. If you rent this place, pay attention to the owners instructions on how to find it. Can be a little tricky. I would recommend this place.
This property has a great location within walking distance of downtown, Amtrack, and neighborhood eateries tucked on corners. Very private, no one upstairs or downstairs!!!! Very quiet neighborhood.
