Property was exactly as described, Jerry greeted us and gave us a quick rundown of the property amenities and his recommendations for what was in the area. Enjoyed our time here very much.

We had a nice stay at Jerry’s apartment! Pros: The apartment is affordable and has everything you need! It’s confortable and close to Mount Washington and North Conway that has many restaurants. It’s located on a quiet street with views on the mountains and the house has a very beautiful garden where you can sit and just enjoy the surrounding nature. The communication with the host was very easy. Cons: The apartment is quite humid so you should expect a humidity smell. The bathroom doesn’t have a window and the shower is very small. The hosts live on second floor, so you might hear them a bit. Apart from that, everything was fine!

Safe quiet personal privacy....would highly recommended to anyone to experience this gem...

This property is very clean and cozy. Has the comforts of home. It was very quiet and in a beautiful area. The hosts are great people, they are so nice and easy to talk with, they made us feel right at home and also gave you your privacy. We will definitely be staying there again next year.

Convenient location. Close to No. Conway, Mt Washington Valley. It was quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Loved staying here! The property was quiet and just outside of town, which we prefer. Everything was very handy inside, and Jerry was so amenable as a host and very accessible if we needed anything. Quite comfortable!

It was a great place to stay. Jerry was very friendly and met us when we arrived. The flat was very clean and tidy with full size cooker, microwave and a small dishwasher.

Jerry was very friendly and welcoming; he made sure I knew where everything was and let me borrow his hiking guides to plan my next day. Very helpful! The place itself is as advertised. The bed was comfortable, the unit had an individual AC/heat unit, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, I would stay again if I were back in the area.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing! My husband and I had the best sleep in years. Jerry is great about communicating with you to make sure your stay is great. The bathroom had plenty of room and the shower pressure was great! If I’m ever in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Sweet apartment for 2. Very clean and comfy. Didn’t need anything. Plenty of towels, heat, incoming light. We loved that the owner - who lived upstairs- left a detailed book with instructions for heat, dishwasher, locking up, lights as well as area restaurants and necessary phone numbers

Jerry was very attentive to our needs to ensure we had a good stay. He went out of his way to accommodate the storing our our bikes out of the unit so we would have more space.
