Quay View is an attractive Grade 2 listed property situated on Weymouth's beautiful and vibrant Old Harbour. The location is perfect for exploring the local area, with many harbourside restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops to enjoy on the doorstep.

From the harbourside, a private entrance leads upstairs to the duplex apartment. On the first floor you'll find the living room, with feature bay window, complete with a window seat overlooking the views of Weymouth harbour and over to theEnglish Channel beyond. Just next door is the well equipped kitchen, complete with; oven and hob, kettle, toaster, undercounter fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine (please note, there is no dishwasher). Within the kitchen is the dining area, with an extendible dining table to seat 6.

Also on this floor is a King size bedroom, overlooking the harbour to the front. There is also a second King size bedroom to the rear, both share the family bathroom along the hallway, with a separate W.C just next door. Up to the second floor are two further bedrooms; a king and a double, both with lovely harbour and coastal views.

We welcome pets to the property, a maximum of 2 dogs, charged at £30 per dog. Your stay includes one parking permit for a nearby car park, valid for a single car for the entire duration of your stay. Additional vehicles can be parked in nearby metered car parks.

Weymouth's historic harbour is steeped in history dating back to the 17th century. Nothe Fort at the entrance to the harbour built in 1872 host all year-round events from art exhibitions and folk festivals to ghost walks and open air theatre. With the harbour's top restaurants and relaxed atmosphere it's a perfect base for your holiday in beautiful Dorset.

This duplex apartment is located on the first and second floor. The property has enough space to sleep 8 guests, however the living accommodation is only suitable for 6 guests.

From the harbour bridge; make your way down Trinity Rd, passing ‘Bennetts Fish and Chips' on your right. Follow the road until you reach ‘The Old Rooms’. When you reach 'The Old Rooms', you'll see the apartment in front of you (try and park here for an hour, if you can).

The apartment has a blue door, with a blue oval shaped Quay View sign. We're very easy to find, just look for 'By The Quay' coffee shop, the apartment is above.

If you haven't already, please send us your vehicle registration and we will arrange an online parking permit which enables you to park in any of the 'L' spaces around the harbour. Further metered long stay parking can be found in the nearby Nothe Car Park.

    The Apartment is exceptional. It is actually the entire house except for the ground floor which is occupied by this great coffee shop. Very cosy, spacious and clean. The view on the quai is amazing especially when you are lucky to see a sunrise. The location was perfect, a lot of great restaurants, two supermarkets and a great starting point for walks and boat trips.Our hosts were very friendly and responsive and took very good care of us.
