We rented Jeanie's duplex in Lower Greenville for approximately two weeks. It was the perfect location to walk to Trader Joe's and many different restaurants (two blocks). The duplex was very clean, had plenty of linens, and the kitchen had all of the cookware necessities. Jeanie was extremely nice and available by text anytime we needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again and can't recommend this place enough!
My family and I stayed at Jeanies place , it was everything we needed. The place was close to everything, you dont need a car you can walk or use Uber . We rented a car a there was ample parking. I have rented places from Kona,, Hawaii to NYC to Chicago, to Santa Barbara, to New Port Beach so I know what I am talking about. This place was cozy, cute , clean and comfortable. It is on a tree lined quiet street. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you Jeanie for letting us use your place for out family trip.
I don´t know where to start. Jeanie's place is outstanding!! This was by far the best vacation home experience we've ever had. We can't stop raving about it. You do not feel like in a vacation home at all. This feels like coming home. Jeanie's place is an exclusive and exquisite upper duplex in a wonderful neigborhood. Very quiet but central (10mins Uber ride to Downtown for $5). The style of this home is very elegant. It was SPARKLING CLEAN!!! I would like to emphasise this. When it comes to cleanliness, my standard is pretty high and I was often disappointed with other vacation homes or hotels. Here, my standard was exceeded! Jeanie herself is an absolutely lovely and caring host as well. She was super responsive and really cared about our well-being. Everything was well prepared for our arrival. Very welcoming! If I could give Jeanie's place 6 stars, I would give 7. Absolutely amazing place!! We would have loved to stay longer and have to think about a reason to come back to Dallas very soon. Jeanie, thank you so much again!
Spacious. Comfortable. Convenient. This is one of the best places we have stayed in because there was plenty of room to spread out for the 3 of us. We didn’t even use one of the rooms with the desk but I can see how it could be very nice if staying longer. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom clean and well supplied. We didn’t cook but could have easily with the tools and dishes. This 2nd floor apt is super close to trendy shops and restaurants. Super popular on St. Patrick’s Day weekend and pleasant neighborhood. We will be back if my son is once again having other guests and we need a place nearby.
We stay in many vacation rentals and this is one of the best! The location is perfect. We walked to the cute shops and amazing eateries that Lower Greenville has to offer. Jeannie has stocked the apartment with everything we needed. We will definitely return to this special place. Aloha, Tricia and Eric
This was our second stay in this property and we were not disappointed at all. Jeanie keeps this property in topnotch shape and it was a thoroughly pleasant visit. It is clean and up to date as well as being in a really convenient location to Lower Greenville Avenue.
This 2nd floor condo was the perfect little spot( and not so little!). I was there for 3 days on a work trip and it was ideal. Very clean, centrally located in the heart of Dallas and everything you need is right inside. Trader Joe’s 2 blocks away, the vibrant Lower Greenville area with all its restaurants, bars, and funky feel. Grab a coffee and croissant at Boulangerie, right across the street from TJ’s. I didn’t even see Jeanie but when I had one quick question she answered right away. This place is now in my full rotation; I visit for client visits a few times a year and I’m definitely staying here from now on!
Owner is very nice - all the instructions are clear and if you need her assistance she is right their,if you do not - she will not bug you at all - you will have your privacy 100%. Beautiful place to stay: roomy, super clean, very well maintained - all furniture, rugs, drapes are very fresh like new looking, very safe area, quite during the night, nice water pressure in the shower. The balcony is paradise ( roomy, made from red bricks and iron fences, you see beautiful trees and listen the birds drinking your morning coffee). This house has everything you need - kitchen supply, shampoo, cleaning supply,. You will find many extra towels, pillows, blankets - all in like new condition. There are the stairs to the second floor where this apartment is located. If you have back or knee problems it is extremely challenging, especially to bring the luggage to the apartment. If you do not have these health issues this place is a gem.
I rented this quaint apartment for my family of three. We attended a Cheer Competition at the Kay Bailey Center which was less than 6 miles. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The duplex was very clean, pleasantly decorated and quiet. Owner very responsive, even provided me with printed directions to the Center. I highly recommend.
If you are looking for a great place to stay for two people, you have found it. This upper duplex is very comfortable and has the feeling of being home. Lower Greenville has everything you need in walking distance - restaurants, pharmacies, 2 grocery stores and you are only a few miles away from Dallas’s many attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Jeanie is a great host and was quick to answer all of our questions while we were selecting a place to stay. Enjoy your stay as we will when we come back.
