Stayed Mar 30, 2022This studio is great for a business trip. Close to airport and ASU in quiet older gentrified neighborhood and five minutes from major freeways. Recently redone with great kitchen but only few hangers in closet for clothes (no storage in closet or bathroom) and furniture not comfortable for relaxing. Streaming service only with Netflix and Prime for entertainment. Wireless internet speed adequate at 30Mbps. Welcome book needs better instructions for use of AC and other equipment/procedures. Keyless entry great but I didn't receive check-in information until day before arrival and that only after multiple requests.
