Puerto Marina 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with large terrace.

John's apartment is very spacious and the large terrace with table and chairs and BBQ is great. Perfect for a family.The apartment is spotlessly clean and well maintained and provides everything you could want.The sofa has obviously done some sterling work over the years, but sadly is no longer as comfortable as it once must have been!The complex is similarly clean and well maintained and very quiet in September when we were there.At John's recommendation we booked Pepe's Taxi for our transfers to and from the airport. He provides a punctual and courteous service at a reasonable price.The apartment is in a great location with supermarkets, bars and restaurants a ten minute walk.On arrival we were met by Julie who handed over the keys and explained everything. She hadn't contacted us until the day before we travelled, which is fine if you know, but we were getting a little bit twitchy by that time!While a car is not necessary, it would be lovely to be able to explore more of the Mar Menor. We ventured out one day (Pepe again) and really enjoyed it.Overall we had a great holiday and can highly recommend John's apartment.

We know Puerto Marina very well always enjoy our stay there and hope to keep going as often as we can

Really lovely spacious 3 hed apartment in a really well kept, secure and safe complex less than 5 min wqlk to Puerto Marina. Apartment had everything we needed and more. John was so helpful as was Julie the key holder. Would absolutely recommend this apartment to a family. Fabulous pools in the complex which are a perfect base for family holidays. Thanks John for a great stay.

Perfect location large terrace and well equipped property. Nice touch with condiments left as saved on buying again. Very helpful host with putting me in touch with Taxi company and Julie who checked us in. Allowed to check in early and Julie was very nice even got us some shopping for when we arrived. Would highly recommend

Great place to stay for a family lots of space for kids no complaints will deffinately be returning

The apartment was lovely. Fantastic location, walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars and supermarkets. Had absolutely everything we could have needed and more. Communication prior to our stay was great, easy check in. Pools were lovely (and very welcome in the intense heat!), never too busy and always a spot for our sun loungers even as a family of 6. Couldn't fault our trip in anyway, thanks so much!

Have stayed in the complex many times over the years, but a first in this apt. Outside space terrific. Everything was provided to make our stay as comfortable as a home from home. Only slight downside wld be the air conditioning in the master bedroom was not great and therefore didn’t get the best of sleep. Seemed to work throughout the rest of the apt. If you’re not too fussed about aircon, then I’d definitely recommend staying here.
