Very nice place, easy access to local sightseeing like Sagrada Familia, subway stations within 2 1/2 blocks radius. 2 in 1 washer/dryer combo however drier did not work very well, but host had a drying rack accessible. 2x balconies, one open, the other covered.

This apartment was perfect. I stayed here with my husband, son and daughter for 10 days. My kids are teenagers we all were super comfortable. The apartment had many supplies already such as dish towels, utensils, toilet paper and everything you needed to get you going for a while. We traveled across Europe and the check-in process at this. VRBO was better than any other. I have no complaints except the beds are a little hard but not horrible.

Good location and close to many points of interest. Amenities were comfortable for light cooking and allowed for personal space for 2 people sharing unit. Good Wi-Fi. Will add that professionally decorated as was the heading is misleading since unit is very basically and functionally furnished and is just utilitarian. The pluses of this unit are great location in an old building and old city quarter with some charm due to the doorways and balconies included in the unit.

I travelled with my two adult daughters and really enjoyed this property. The apartment was perfect for us for our 10 day stay in Barcelona.

All was good!Communication with Liliana was the best. Had issues with lost luggage and she was very understanding and helpful!

Excellent location and ideal for what we needed. A great base for exploring Barcelona. The apartment was comfortable and clean.The communication with the hosts was prompt.The WiFi was good enough to watch films via Amazon, although a little patchy in the bedrooms.

Liliana helped us when we arrived. Made the process easy and very efficient so we could Start to enjoy our vacation.AC worked great, location is great For some reason the internet went down the day before our check out and Liliana could not make it work. Maybe was a provider problem.Overall 100%

The location was great and check in process was smooth. Pictures looked a bit nicer than actual. The bathroom is very small we had literally no space to move. The building is very old and lots of stairs the elevator is do tiny that we struggled to put 5 luggages in.

The shower could use a little tray or shelf for the shower bottles and the full mattress could be thicker. I woke up with a back ache.

The management staff were wonderful. Very helpful. The property was so close to everything. We loved every minute we were there.

We enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed the area and the character of the property .the kitchen has everything you need, a small balcony which has a small table and 2 chairs you can enjoy the sun late afternoon . Communication was good with everyone involved. Not as pristine as the images show but we never had a problem it was clean and equipped, wifi was good and has a safe in the wardrobe. I would stay again

The host respond easy and immediately to any question. Easy to wait for the check in because they have you luggage in their offices and the neighborhood are perfect for wait many restaurants caffès and everything close..! Beautiful experience. Vrbo page awful to help with issues and customer service ..! But this apartment and host are the best..!

super clean apartment, quiet and well located

Amazing location.

Wonderful communication with the property greeter, she was extremely helpful. The AC was out in the apartment we booked, and over 90 degrees outside. The owners quickly made an adjustment to put us in another more spacious apartment near the other. I appreciated their thoroughness.

We felt right at home. Having two bedrooms, we used one as a dressing room. We left our luggage there, and since it is next to the bathroom, it was kind of like a walk-in closet. It was really convenient to have a washing machine. The apartment comes with a foldable rack where you can dry your clothes. The washer leaves the clothes almost dry and it took just a few hours (overnight) for them to dry fully. If I had to find any fault with the apartment, I’d say the bathroom is tiny. Also, the AC did not cool enough. Since we weren’t bothered by that too much because the weather was perfect during our stay, we didn’t tell the owners until we left, and they promised to get it fixed for the next visitors. There is a carrefour express that is open 24/7 about a block away. Having a fully functioning kitchen, if you are staying long enough, you can definitely cook. We just bought breakfast foods and something to eat before bed and saved some money. We had our main meals while exploring the city. They leave enough trash bags for you to collect your trash. The containers are very close to the building. The highlight of the apartment are the balconies. It feels like you live there. The views are nice. You are close to the metro line. Walking distance from Sagrada Familia. Very nice neighborhood. The area reminded me of a nice neighborhood in downtown Paris. I’d stay there again.

The listing puts the best face on what is really a very modest apartment. That wouldn't be so bad, but the main bed is terrible. It's a futon with a thin mattress that will give you back problems if you sleep there more than a couple of nights. I also see from past reviews that this has been an unaddressed problem for many years. Great location, but minimally comfortable.

The apartment was perfect and in a great location, but the WiFi was non existent and nothing loaded on the TV. Overall enjoyed the stay, but had to go to local cafe to do remote work.

Good location. Is great for the city centre, not as professionally decorated as the pictures make out though and the pillows on the bed were definitely not like the pictures. The check in information given was a bit confusing as I was told that there were due to be some keys, but then on checking I got told that they only have the electronic keypad, so unsure why I got told that. As we were coming for only three nights, I had double checked that there was going to be soap and I had been told yes. However, there wasn't any and so I had to go and buy some the next day. I told them that I was doing that but they then did hang some up on the outside door at the end of the second day, although it was a bit late by then. The apartment is fine, the kitchen was clean and well stocked - it was good enough for us for a couple of nights right in the city centre but not sure I would have classed it as professionally decorated - at least not recently. I would recommend though for cleanliness and for the city centre.

the flat is located in a very strategic area for visiting the most beautiful sights on foot. Metro and bus nearby. Quiet area but with a choice of restaurants, food shops, bar and bakery... Negative point: very cramped shower room/wc, difficult to manage for more than 2 people.
