Stayed Apr 30, 2025I stayed here with my family again for the 2nd time, this place is incredible. Clean, well maintained, smooth check in and check out, location is awesome, parking is like no other place in OC . It is close to shopping, dining, beach and anything you’d ever need. The host Jarrett is awesome makes you feel at home and makes you feel that you can enjoy the entire property just as you would at home. He answers any questions quickly and if there’s an issue he addresses it immediately. Will stay here every time we come to OC!

Stayed Oct 9, 2024Our family booked this vacation home, we booked the entire place (3 units). Check in was very simple and the host was fantastic. They made themselves available if we needed anything and made sure we got into the units with no issues. The host kept open communication and let us know if we needed anything to simply just ask. The units are recently renovated and were all very clean. Plenty of space and can easily accommodate a large group if need be. Parking is great, location is great (tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance). Will absolutely stay again.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024This property is located just 5 min walk to the beach and 30 min drive to broad walk. We rented 3 units in it. For us Most favorite part was the front yard with golf setup for kids and seating arrangement, it’s good for spending your morning and evening there. The bathrooms were smelling bad in 2 of the units. Other wise everything was good. There were lots of games for kids.
