Recently remodeled private in-law suite just blocks from downtown, the foothills, and Table Rock park. Literally 1 block from an entrance to Boise's beautiful foothills! Enjoy a comfortable stay in a suite that includes a queen bed, sleeper sofa, private bathroom, TV, guest wifi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, private parking spot and more. Open the window and enjoy the Outlaw Field summer concert series. Or take a stroll into the heart of downtown through the beautiful eastend neighborhood.



The Space:

The suite has a queen bed, as well as a sleeper sofa. A small fridge, microwave and coffee maker are in the suite. A private recently remodeled shower includes a shower and private water-heater.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located off of Warm Springs Boulevard in Boise's historic East End, one of the oldest and most desirable neighborhoods in Boise. Just 1.5 miles from Downtown Boise, and nestled right up behind the Foothills, you are close to both outdoor fun while still close enough to hit the town.



The downtown area offers a smorgasbord of shopping, restaurants, activities and nightlife. Be sure to check out our suggestions in the house guide for ideas!



The Boise Airport is 6 miles away, and an Uber or taxi ride from the airport would be about $10-15. There is a freeway entrance very close by, so if bringing your own vehicle, you can quickly get anywhere in the Valley from this location.



Boise State University and Albertsons Stadium are 2 miles away, close enough to walk for a BSU game. No trip to Boise is complete without catching a Broncos football game on our smurf turf! Other nearby colleges and universities include: Boise Bible College (20 minutes drive) Northwest Nazarene University (30 minutes) and College of Idaho (45 minutes).



Should your destination lie further out in the Treasure Valley, know that the Boise Towne Square Mall is 6.5 miles away and the Village at Meridian (offering shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater) is 9.8 miles away. Beautiful Idaho wine country is located about 30 minutes to the West of the home.



If visiting for a concert or event, the Century Link arena and Boise Center on the Grove are less than 3 miles away. The Boise Fairgrounds are located 7.3 miles away, and The Ford Idaho Center in Nampa is 19 miles to the West.



If looking for outdoor fun, the nearby Military Reserve (1.2 miles) and Dry Creek areas (9.7 miles) offer miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 20 miles away (about a 45 minute drive), and Banks ID for Payette River Rafting are 40 miles to the north.



This is truly a prime location in Boise and no matter where you're headed in the Treasure Valley, your destination isn't far. Getting Around:

Our home is within walking distance of downtown Boise and the Botanical Gardens is just about a mile walk through Foothills Park. The closest bus stop to the home is located on the corner of Warm Springs and Haines. There are nearby Boise Green Bike rental locations as well as Bird and Lime scooter rentals. However, Boise is typically best explored by car, be it personal or rental vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

You will be close enough to downtown to walk. In addition, the Boise greenbelt is a several mile-long walking trail along the beautiful Boise river. Please park in the back alley and enter through the backyard.

    Clean property with great communication from owner. We went to shows and it was within easy walking distance of Outlaw Field and the botanical gardens.

    Location to our concert venue at Outlaw Field was perfect. Cute place, adequate A/C for the space. Lil tricky getting in and out of the gate, hence the 4 star on the area. The dogs in the yard area were startling at first, but we quickly got used to it.

    This was the perfect accommodation for me this week. I was planning lots of time on the trails and enjoying dinner at my favorite local spots. The loft was very clean had all the amenities that I was expecting. I love telling “The Ladies” good morning in their little hen house. The North End of Boise is very cozy!
