There is a smoking section out in the side yard under the gazebo for your use
This is a quiet neighborhood and there is a county noise ordinance in effect from 10pm to 9am
We also have a beach fun pack rental if you're interested we can give you all the info
Property is only 1.5 miles to HCA St. Petersburg Hospital and 3.5 miles to Bay Pines Veterans Hospital
