Private Cocoa Beach Bungalow, near ocean

Owners were very friendly and communicated easily. The apartment was very quaint and had everything I needed. Also a great location near beach, shopping, & restaurants.

The stay at the beach house has been amazing, the host/owner of the property was available, answered questions, the owner was friendly and i would love to stay again. Next time I'll bring someone to share the place.

This a perfect location if you want to hit the beach, bars, or restaurants in Cocoa Beach. It's a great little one bedroom that is suitable for one person or a couple. Would definitely book again if I was in the area. Check in and out were super simple and the owners live on site and are very accessible.

Such a wonderful stay! Maria Elena and Stu were very responsive and wonderful hosts. The backyard and landscaping at the house is gorgeous! And 5min walk to the beach! Amazing location. Very quiet and cute apartment with a full kitchen. We'll definitely be back!

a block to the ocean and a block and a half to an inlet off the river to see manatees! easy to view the atlantic sunrise, and swim in ocean. perfect size accomodations for me and 2 teenagers, with the couch for one. nice to be a short distance from the down town area of cocoa beach, to promote peacefulness, but close enough for easy access. I did however turn the wrong way onto the one way road... there are signs literally everywhere. Hosts were wonderful!

2nd time we’ve stayed at this gem. Perfect location, as we needed to go to Melbourne & Titusville. The hosts are friendly & close by if you need anything. Glad we met them this trip. Great location, quiet, close to the ocean. Their place was clean & comfortable. Had everything we needed & a lovely space out back to enjoy.

We wanted beach time when attending a conference in Orlando so we came to Cocoa beach This place was perfect for what we needed, clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to communicate with the owner, access to boogie boards and beach towels, plus an outdoor area to sit outside. We were comfortable and found it convenient.

Property was clean, easy walk to the beach, everything you needed if you wanted to make some meals in. Close to downtown Coco Beach, easy to get to the Kennedy Space Center. I would stay again!

Stu and Maria Elena were great! Very responsive! The unit was perfect for me. It had the basics and a super comfortable bed ?! The beach is “right around the corner.” If you’re looking for clean, cozy, and low key this is the place. I look forward to my next stay!

My son and I stayed here for our vacation. The hosts were very nice and they had everything we needed! My son said the pull out couch was very comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful as well. It was nice that everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. When we visit this area again (we enjoyed our visit so much we are definitely planning another trip) we will definitely stay here!

Exactly like the listing. Quiet, clean, and well appointed. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. A great mini vacation in Cocoa Beach!! Definitely recommend to others.
