Private Balcony with Beach and Water Views - Sunrise

Love this Location, it has a beautiful ocean view from a private balcony. Clean well organized room with electric fireplace. Nice big tub with jets they supply immenities like toothbrush, shaving cream, spf in case you forgot to bring them. The ocean air cools things off nicely although, there is an air conditioner. Overall, I loved this room and have been back 2 times since.

Love having the balcony overlooking the beach

Very clean with more amenities than expected related to toiletry items, including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The bath salts are an awesome touch. Love the balcony and beach / bay view. Only negative was the wall AC did not blow cold air, so it was a little warm for us sleeping. We did find the floor fan which helped. Also traffic can be loud through the night; however, everything else far outweighs those minor issues. Advice for wine drinkers, bring a wine bottle opener. All in all we enjoyed our two night stay at Suites By The Sea and fully recommend for those visiting the Camden / Lincolnville Beach area. The host was also extremely patient and helpful at check in. We were a little confused because i missed the email she sent 5 days prior to help us prepared.

The place was exactly as described and pictured. It was well stocked and if you forgot anything it was already there for you. It was very nice and comfortable for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our time very much. It was close to Camden and Belfast - both towns were lovely to visit for shopping and enjoying a meal at one of the restaurants.

Wonderful property and terrific view. However, the floors were filthy and so was the coffee pot. Other than that, great place.

Our 2nd time staying and loved it again! Perfect location for so many things. Its the most thoughtfully stocked place we've ever stayed at. Will be back again!

We had a great time in Lincolnville! The unit was wonderful, and the little touches really made it special, such as spare toiletries, beach chairs (and towels!), and a couple of decks of cards when we decided to call it a day a little early. Very easy check in, very quiet unit overall - could hardly hear other folks in the same building. My only suggestion is to add a watch your step label on the balcony sliding door as it is deceptive walking back inside to see that you have to step down a few inches.

We stayed at this charming beach apartment and it was amazing! Steps away from the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. Walking distance to cute cafes and shops. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and has a cozy beach vibe. Our host provided us with all the necessary information that made our stay feel smooth and stress-free.We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind by the sea!

Excellent location across the street from the beach, and 10 minutes to Camden and 20 to Belfast. Street can be a bit busy but not a big deal.

We loved the apartment! The location was great. We were disappointed that the restaurant on the beach was closed, but that was not the fault of Suites by the Sea. We found plenty of other restaurants close by to enjoy.

Loved this place. A cool upstairs apartment with a balcony that looks right over Lincolnville beach. Host instructions and posted information was very helpful. Great place to go see the fall foliage and drive up to Mt. Battie. Would recommend.

My 1st return to Lincolnville in over 45 years. Wanted to share the beauty with my husband, on the beach I played on as a child. Accommodations were clean & exceptional. Owner provides everything you need plus thoughtful touches. The view of the sunrise every morning from our balcony was so memorable. Having access to a washer/dryer was a huge bonus. There is noise from the highway, but it didn’t affect us. We enjoyed the quiet (not touristy) feel of the town. Highly recommend this “as advertised” property.

This was the perfect location for my partner and I to explore the area. Every detail was thought of from beach towels, extra toiletries and local pamphlets. Good restaurants in walking distance. We would love to come back and will recommend Suites by the Sea to friends and family.

It was just nice to get away and spend some time together. We were able to have amazing Lobster Roll and Clam Chowder and do some window shopping and enjoy Owl's Head Lighthouse

The property was as described: clean, convenient, and fully functional. It was perfect for a couple. As mentioned in the listing, there is an abundance of loud traffic on Route 1. We're sound sleepers, so it was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay and are likely to consider the property again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was well planned and super clean, a very comfortable bed, great kitchen, and had everything we would need to have a great get-away! We've stayed at many VRBO's and this was by far the best with accommodating their guests! We will be back!
