Renovated apartment with luxury finishes on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the establishment. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and capacity for 5 people.

Accommodation of 132 m² exterior and very bright, it has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community+children's pool, tennis court, 1 parking space in the same building, 3 televisions ( Smart TV), iron, hair dryer.

The open-plan induction kitchen with island is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and Check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking. Automatic check-in can be done at the same accommodation and only if you do not come with a car. In this case, you must check-in online and pay the deposit through the link that we will send.

- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash, failing that.

- Check in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

- Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

    Exceptional apartment, 2 bedroom with separate lounge. 2 bathrooms. Couldn't be better located, straight on to the promenade. Brilliant view and a huge balcony. Having to collect the keys about 1/2 mile away.

    The property was immaculately clean upon arrival. The location was superb and the views from the balcony was stunning. It was about a 20 minute walk to collect the keys to the property, the communication advising of this was very clear beforehand so we were expecting this and had planned our journey from the airport accordingly. There was a lack of concierge over the weekend, which routinely would not be a problem. However, unfortunately one of the lifts broke down with my 16-year-old son inside. He was stuck inside the lift for an hour. We had no way of informing anybody so had to make the 20 minute journey to where we retrieve the keys from for them to call Maintenance. It was a stressful experience. Whilst we were talking to other guests they also mentioned they had encountered problems with the lifts so don’t think it was a isolated incident. It was incredibly hot inside the lift and my son almost passed out whilst inside.

    Clean, modern and spacious! The lifts apparently regularly get stuck and we unfortunately suffered that fate. They could maybe do with maintenance.

    The cleanest and most practical apartment I have ever stayed in in the Old Town. It has everything you could possibly need with a huge balcony. Key should be available at the apartment.
