    The condo was oceanside, clean, comfortable and had all modern (and complete) applicances. The small lanai overlooking the ocean was lovely. The location next to (the very small) Lawai Beach was nice, and it was a quick drive to other beaches. The only slightly annoying was customer service when we were confused about checking in. We didn't find them particularly clear. Otherwise, it was a good stay near Poipu.

    We loved our stay here. The condo is right on the water and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The condo is well-furnished and supplied. The information provided about the island was very informative. The mangement company was extremely responsive to our inquires.

    No worries. Plenty of parking, close to great beaches including Poipu beach where you will see beautiful turtles and maybe a monk seal as well. Do NOT approach them closely. It is because of human contact that they are endangered. So do your part to make sure that God's creations are unharmed. Wonderful vibe in the condo. Great views. Easy access to restaurants. No way you could go wrong with this rental. Don't wait, just reserve it now. You will not be disappointed.!

    The pictures were accurate but the unit was very tired. The couch and overstuffed chair were well worn. The ottoman you couldn’t sit on comfortably because it had no support. The glass coffe table had a narrow edge and was dangerous. We moved the table out of the way.The living area was very musty. Carpet was old and likely contributed to the musty smell. The air conditioner in the living area did not perform well and did not clear out any of that musty smell. The old, small beach chairs, and very small umbrella in the closet was not really usable for us. We went ahead and rented our own Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella for the trip.The unit was very clean. The bathroom was nice as it had been updated. All communication with Vacasa and the logistics of renting was excellent.Great view.At 400 a night I did not feel it was a good value.We will try another location next year.

    The listing photos are deceptive and don’t represent the sad condition of much of the old, decrepit furniture, the stretched and bunched-up wall-to-wall carpet, or the refrigerator with many rust and abrasion stains on the outside. The metal grated balcony table and uncomfortable chairs are rusted, with no towels or pads available. The ugly bare concrete floor is badly patched and discolored.The living room ottoman is completely caved in and broken. The glass coffee table is dangerous and sports several chips in the corners, at least one of which is where a previous guest reported here that he gashed himself. Out of self defense, we placed magazines on all four corners to avoid the same fate.The sliding slatted doors of the hall closet are crooked and unsightly. Both cheap bedroom side tables are badly scratched and damaged. There is no colorful bedspread as shown in the listing photos, and the bedroom ceiling fan light is missing bulbs, making the room quite dark.We were shocked by the lack of upkeep of this condo, especially given the nightly price. With its top-floor location and view, it’s obvious that the owner is milking it for every penny and is unconcerned with quality, style, or guest comfort. It’s such a privilege to own something on this precious edge of Kaua’i, and for guests like us to have the wherewithal to rent it. I hope that after seeing the photos that we’ll submit to Vacasa, the owner will be inspired to do better for their next visitors.

    The view of the ocean was the best part of this condo. However, this location needs a makeover. The furniture is old and dated so it needs to be replaced except for the bed which was comfortable. The TV is too small to view for the distance from the couch. The outdoor patio furniture was dirty and uncomfortable with no cushions. The carpet needs to be replaced and shower door is off the channel. An investment needs to be put into this location to update it and make it functional. For the most part, it was clean. However, the cleaning crew did not open the screen window as we discovered a mound of dead insects in the window sill and had to kill 2 cockroaches during our stay. We also discovered bugs coming out of the kitchen sink drain during the day. This is not a contemporary place to stay.

    One elevator for the entire facility and this room is on the 4th floor. Minor repairs needed. Doors, window shades, etc. But they currently have a cockroach problem in the kitchen and throughout the apartment that I sincerely hope they address. They did not seem too concerned but we didnt want to leave our things on the floor or on the counters.

    Amazing views! We spent hours watching the surfers and turtles. Good location with lots of restaurants near by. The king size bed was comfortable and the a/c was needed and appreciated. The kitchen was well enough stocked for the bit of eating we did at home. The bathroom was nicely renovated. On the downside, the living room furniture was a bit worn and most disappointing was the furniture in the lanai where we spent some time. Please add a bar height table to be able to see over the railing and some comfortable chairs!
