I am an Artist/Designer from Minneapolis and this unit delivered! The design is done well, it is one of the most beautiful units I have stayed in on this property.You work with extremely nice people. They made sure our visit was relaxing and offered to take care of any of our needs. Being from Minneapolis we had all the French doors open, you have windows on all sides and wonderful views!! Love this unit and location . Have rented this unit at least once or twice a year for the past 5 years . please have your cleaning staff dust the wood blinds . very very dusty and dirty but else all good

Our family visits La Quinta Resort every year and we vacationed nearly two-weeks in this charming Villa. This property is beautifully appointed and furnished. It’s an upper unit which does face the lot, but you are facing spectacular mountain vista views. The kitchen comes equipped with all the amenities including a blender, coffee maker, and toaster, stoneware and serving dishes. The layout is not as large as other villas but it was sufficient for a family of four. However, master bedroom was large and included an extra step out patio with private entrance. There is a large main balcony off kitchen furnished for entertaining and comfort. The laundry facility is not inside unit but located directly downstairs with access by key code. We needed laundry pods but once we notified staff, they were left for us same day. Given our extended stay, we ran out of basics, but supplied ourselves spatulas, trash bags, and a dust broom from home for easy clean up. Television includes all cable network channels. The only cons I’d say are the stairs and early (10am) checkout plus late checkin (4pm). However upon request, we were granted 2 hours early and one hour extension on checkout (11am) complimentary. We appreciated the courtesy very much. I only wish the times were a bit more flexible without imposing an extra fee. All in all, a very comfortable and delightful stay. Thank you very much! P.S. Great upstairs unit with great mountain views. My wife and I came down to the desert to celebrate our anniversary and were extremely happy with everything. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The door code was emailed the day before with instructions on how to get to the unit. The unit was clean, and very nicely decorated. We have stayed in many Spa Villa Suites and this was probably the nicest we have stayed in. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

Great second floor unit close to nice pool and main building .covered parking easy to keep car safe in summer.

Overall a great stay! We are done with Vacation Villa Rentals and were happy to find something different. Didn't have any of the issues we have with them. The only issues we had are that the door code didn't work when trying to check in (had the same issue with VVR) but was able to get a back up code that worked. And the wifi never really worked. It didn't connect at all until the second day and even then it would only connect for a few seconds and then drop. Lastly the filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced. None were too big of deals for us so we would definitely book there again.

Love this place and usually give it a 5 star i have stayed in this unit about 6 times. the only problem this time the air conditioning for the bedroom section was not working . i’ll be back snd know the air will be working
