Stayed Sep 16, 2024Nice studio cottage for 2 people. Clean and tidy with plenty of heating. Lots of hokes, lookouts and places to eat nearby (all within 10-20min drive). Mary was lovely, would stay again

Stayed Apr 28, 2025Well appointed cabin with all the necessities and beautifully maintained . Very comfortable beds ,snug and warm with electric blanket , a column heater and air conditioner if required. Adequate kitchen ( well stocked with crockery and cutlery) and a clean well kept bathroom. Mary, our host was very friendly and insightful with her requirements for our stay. Would recommend this property to all, except people with mobility issues, as it’s a steep walk up to the cabin if you have problems in this regard.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025We had a great stay at Possum Wood. The cottage is cosy and compact. It's hosts have included everything you may need during your stay. It is close to the train station and centre of Leura. Mary provides detailed info but totally respects your privacy. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely accommodation.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025I just found it very hard walking upthe hill with my luggage. I am a cronic Asthmatic and this made it difficult. Otherwise the place was excellent.

Stayed Aug 26, 2024Although the cottage is small it is really beautifully appointed with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We were out walking in the gorgeous Blue Mountains NP during the day so really only there to sleep, shower, breakfast so weren’t bothered by the size. Beds are really comfy and warm, heating effective, lovely gardens. TV, internet, good shower. Close to the main residence but we didn’t really see anyone. Conveniently located just off the highway, easy connections for onward journey. Good pizza at the nearby pub. Immaculate and tasteful with lovely gardens. If you don’t need much space it's a bit of a gem.

Stayed Aug 18, 2024Everything was provided and then some. Although in the hosts backyard, we had complete privacy. The host went over and above in providing luxuries. The bed clothes were extra warm and comfortable. Only negative was a noisy air con unit.
