Positano: Apartment in a Farmhouse - Positano

Angela’s Farmhouse is absolutely beautiful! The terrace and views are breathtaking, truly the perfect Positano experience. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well cared for. Angela herself is such an amazing host, so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved every moment here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Positano!

This home was a dream and the view was magnificent. It was a traditional simple Italian space, with a well appointed kitchen, a large bedroom and bathroom, and windows to let the fresh air in. The doors from the main area open onto the deck so the view from the couch and kitchen table is as pleasing as the gorgeous deck. Pictures do not do it justice. The walk into town is beautiful and the cars and pedestrians seem to somehow share the space. Walking into town and back at night would be less advisable, but there are free shuttles to fabulous restaurants. Angela is a delightful host ready to advise and assist with anything. She is warm and welcoming which of course makes a massive difference in the experience. Her cousin Angela makes the best breakfasts I have ever had at a reasonable price. Try both the sweet and savory. The price for this accommodation was very reasonable, I would suspect the best value around.

Beautiful views of Positano, sits up high on the cliffs.

The view is breathtaking, so is the the steps going up and down. If you are not in shape when you arrive, you will be when you leave! Steps everywhere in Positano! Where good walking shoes, not a place to wear cute shoes. Angela was the best Hostess! Place is very clean and comfortable. Angela will assist you with any questions you may have. Absolutely stunning ! Would stay here again.

Wonderful views of the coast and sea.

Angela is a wonderful host! She made a few dinner reservations for us, including one we were not able to get on our own! I was nervous to book this listing based on location, but all of the reviews said you could walk so I trusted it. We walked into Positano center every day Without a problem. You are walking along the side of the road for about 15 minutes, probably not something I would want to do with young children, but for us, it was perfect! There are some stairs to get into the home, but it’s not bad. We went to Angela‘s cousins for breakfast two mornings on the property and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely do this if you stay with Angela. The view from the patio is beautiful!

Angela‘s Villa in Positano was perfect in every way much better than this VRBO description. The only thing more beautiful.than the villa is her family.. the view from the patio is worth more than the cost of the week rental. Breakfast every morning was even more amazing and the cost of breakfast was a true bargain.

Angela was an incredible host, so helpful and friendly! The apartment is really nice with a fantastic view. Easy to get to the center of Positano and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful views

We had a relaxing stay here! We loved the property and the views. The property it within walking distance to Positano. We walked to and from most days. You can also take the local bus at the bottom of the stairs. Angela was very helpful with everything! She arranged for us to go to dinner a couple times in remote locations. They picked us up free of charge at the property. She also arranged for a porter to bring our bags to and from the property. The view is amazing! Highly recommend!

Amazing view, communication was good, however Angela asked for a 70.00 euro cleaning fee in cash after the booking. We told her that VRBO doesn’t endorse any charges not part of the original booking. She stated her fees are very high. We explained to her, she needs to increase her fees prior to booking if needed. We came to terms, it’s an amazing property and she’s a lovely hostess. I’d definitely recommend her home.

We had a wonderful stay. It was one of the highlights of our trip to stay at such a beautiful place. Angela was also very helpful for booking restaurants and helping us find whatever we needed. She went above and beyond. We would definitely like to stay again in the future! Grazie mille Angela!!

The views were breathtaking. My wife and I stayed for four nights and had an incredible time. About 15min walk to the heart of Positano. Get your legs ready! Lots of stairs and inclines once you’re in Positano. Having breakfast on the porch was amazing with what you see, it feels like a dream. Angela was very hospitable and happy to help or answer questions whenever you needed her. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area.

The apartment was great and we were provided everything we needed! Angela was very sweet and was available to answer any questions. There is no AC so it did get hot at times but we were able to manage with the fans provided. There is a bus stop conveniently outside the property although the buses are typically packed full with people. It was a very nice area away from the tourists in Positano but definitely a bit of a hike to and from the city center (30 minute walk each way). Overall, we had a great experience!

Beautiful and cozy . Lots of stairs but the view is amazing and it is close enough to Positano but far enough from the buzz . Great location, the bus is right down the steps and only 1mile walking to Positano ?? great host

Great vacation we had!

Angela our host was brilliant. She gave us so many recommendations and all the information we needed to get around. The farmhouse was comfortable and the location was fantastic. Easy to catch the bus or walk into town.

Our experience with Angela felt like staying with family. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is a bit away from town, but as other reviews have mentioned, a very manageable walk. There was a stop nearby for the local bus as well. This was a beautiful place to experience the Amalfi Coast.

Everything was as expected - bright, clean, spacious for the two of us. Easy to find. Stairs to enter. The unexpected part was how quiet, comfortable and with amazing views that we won’t forget. Angela was an excellent host and gave us many good hints and recommendations of things to see and do.

Truly had the most magical experience staying at Angela’s apartment. She is such a spectacular host and person. She made us feel like family. So many amazing recommendations. The location is stellar. We walked into town numerous times a day everyday. You’re right above Arienzo Beach club and can hop on a bus easily to other towns. The view is life changing. And the optional breakfast at her cousin’s home below the apartment is so convenient and I am still craving the homemade chocolate croissant I had there. I could not be more pleased with our experience here and wish I could thank Angela a million times over. I will be booking here again and again!!

This is the perfect spot for anyone wanting to stay near Positano but away from the crowds. The pictures cannot capture just how incredibly beautiful this property is. Our host, Angela, was incredibly sweet and was in constant communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!
