This is one of six private condos that are located directly on Bradenton Beach. The beach is just a few shorts steps away from your front door. The unit has been recently updated with new kitchen appliances and new bedding and furniture.
The unit is next to the small 8x20 heated pool. Two chase lounges are provided for your sun bathing enjoyment, as well as patio furniture consisting of a table and 4 chairs.
This is a seat alone unit and more like a small chalet than a condo/apt. with high Cathedral ceilings and central AC/Heat. It DOES NOT allow you to see the beach from inside the unit, but you might get a glimpse of the beach from your outside seating area
There is also a large shared BBQ/patio with a charcoal and a gas grill for your cooking enjoyment. Charcoal and fuel are NOT PROVIDED. There is a gas exchange tank available if you prefer to use the gas grill.You do not need to cross the street or leave our premises to get to the beach. There is parking for ONLY ONE CAR. Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!!
