Stayed Mar 31, 2023The property was exactly as stated. Although small, it worked for our family and we were grateful to be in The Villages considering we decided to book pretty late. It’s walkable to Seacrest and Rosemary or you can ride bikes. Thank you!

Stayed May 27, 2022Great location! Unfortunately, had problems with the AC unit having condensation dropping water directly onto the head of the bed. Also the listing is labeled wrong when they give you the Room Number, we were in the complete wrong building for an hour before we realized the mistake. We also couldn't get the door lock to work so we risked getting broken into every day while we were out at the beach. We had to lock our valuables in our car.

Stayed Apr 23, 2022The room is in a great location, but the building was a construction zone with plywood covering the windows in the hallway. The room itself needed work, there was a big hole around the sprinkler in the ceiling, but the real kicker was the AC unit covered in black mold that was dripping condensation on us in bed (and hit my girlfriend in the eye, leaving her with redness and irritation for the next two days). We ended up booking a hotel for the first night and moving to a different rental property. There were also no instructions in our booking or in the unit on how to access the beach. I had never been to this area before and many of the beach access points are locked where you need an access code. We had to call the property management and they didn't know either, after about an hour we were able to find out where to go and that we needed to wear wristbands and go down to Seacrest beach.
