Two vehicles permitted per property
This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA); tenants must adhere to HOA rules (found in the guest portal & property binder)
⚠️ Any fines incurred due to tenant behavior will be collected from the tenant
No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking marijuana is illegal in PA and is not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside)
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors — most properties are townhomes or condos with shared walls
Loud music or disruptive noise is not permitted at any time of day
Pool passes permitted for the number of guests the property can sleep, up to a maximum of 10 passes per property
Long-term stays are plus utilities (winter only) and require a $1,000 security deposit
Early arrivals & late departures are offered when available, fees apply and permission must be granted.
