Stayed Oct 30, 2025Location was amazing, 5 min walk to bridge but tucked away from the busy tourists areas. Went to Gino’s bakery for a great coffee and pastry and brought back to apartment to get ready for the day. Around the corner from bakery is a grocery store. Host was very helpful and assisted us with any needs promptly especially when our taxi did not arrive at 4 am, she called another company and even though he had to drive fast, we made it to the airport and didn’t miss our flight. The host was so kind, helpful and knowledgable about the area. She was amazing! Loved our stay and would stay at the same place again! Ciao! Thank you Jacqueline

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Great location, lovely to walk over the ponte Vecchio every day particularly early in the morning when it was still quiet. The air-con was needed during our stay in August and worked well.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024Many thanks to Jacqueline for a superb stay in Florence. She graciously allowed us to check in several hours early due to a train strike that disrupted our travel plans. The home was clean and spacious and easy to access. When we experienced an issue with an outlet in the bathroom and could not remove our clothes from the washing machine, Jacqueline kindly scheduled an electrician to fix the issue and we returned to our room with the outlet working. We would certainly stay at Jacqueline’s home again and highly recommend it to people who want to stay in the Oltrarno and be close to the city center. Thank you, Jacqueline!
