Stayed Aug 28, 2025I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pollux family apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect for me - quiet and peaceful, but convenient to shops and other services. Should I return to Zermatt, I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Our family of three teenagers found apartment very clean. Kitchen especially were small but had everything necessary for preparing meals. The only determint is that there is no direct view of the Matterhorn. The host is very gracious and accommodating

Stayed Mar 31, 2025This is a great place to stay. The unit was very clean and well provisioned. I would definitely stay there again. The bus stop is right near by so access through town is easy.

Stayed Jul 16, 2024Excellent place to stay, spacious and well equipped apartment in quiet location,further from the centre uphill but still walkable. From own terrace you couldn’t see Matterhorn but from the other side of the building it’s visible and you can also be in the yard to spot the pick. Definitely would like to come here back one day!

Stayed Jun 25, 2023I loved everything about this place, especially the bathtub, it was huge! I broke my collarbone first day on the trip so I had to chill a lot at the apartment and it felt just like home! I loved sitting on the patio working on my emails and listening to the birds. I will be back for sure.
