Stayed Jun 25, 2025There was no hot water in all the bathrooms. Getting to the apartment is not handicap accessible. There is no clothes dryer in the unit. It has a very very small elevator to use to get to the 5th floor which we were told UPON ARRIVAL, not on the website. We stayed 2 out of the 4 nights we booked. I book with Expedia alot and hope that I can get some kind of a credit to use in the future bookings.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023From before we arrived until after we checked out everything was perfect. The host was very quick to respond when we had questions and the check-in process was so simple. The apartment is huge- we had 9 women (ages 40-50ish) traveling together and there was a single bed for each person, ample space to spread out, and the kitchen was well appointed. It was very hot in Barcelona this week and we greatly appreciated how well the AC units all worked. Some might not like the nighttime noise - but you are in the heart of a major and vibrant city! Bring your ear plugs and enjoy all this beautiful apartment and Barcelona has to offer.

Stayed May 30, 2023Pros: Location couldn't have been better. Easy to walk everywhere or easily take the metro. 3 bathrooms was a must. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Property wasn't ready for us when we checked in (at 5 pm) as it was still being cleaned. After a long day of travel, this wasn't ideal. Also, we couldn't get the washer to work and it actually made our clothes smell worse. Wasn't much help from the property on this. As international travelers, this was a HUGE issue for us as we had planned for a washer. Maybe us Americans just couldn't figure it out, but it was a huge bummer.

Stayed Dec 21, 2022I just spent the last 2 weeks with my entire family in this apartment and it could not have been more perfect! You cannot beat this location! It is literally in the center of Barcelona. There is a subway right across from the front door, and other stops within 1 block. You are located at the corner of Plaça de Catalunya on La Rambla street. You are in the center of some of the best shopping and you walk out to too many restaurants to choose from. We were 1 block away from El Corte Inglés which was the best grocery store. But there were 2 little markets just around the corner, if you needed to grab something quick. Everything is just outside the front door. There is street noise, but it only took 1 or 2 nights to get used to it. Any question or problem was remedied by the host very quickly. They were so helpful and nice, I have zero complaints. Elevator is small but worked great - we also took the stairs a lot up to the 5th floor. We loved everything about the apartment. Everyone was able to have their own room and have a little space. The kitchen, dining and tv room were very comfortable. The washer/dryer also worked great! When I come back to Barcelona, I will absolutely stay here! It is the best place ever!!

Stayed Jul 1, 2022The link action of the apartment was amazing! The apartment was perfect for our family. The only negative for us was the amount of glassware and that some dishes were cracked, that definitely needs an update. But that was minor. The manager was extremely responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend this apartment.

Stayed Jun 16, 2022The location couldn’t be better, tons of nearby restaurants, the gothic quarter, subway, were all super close. The apartment was great for our two families traveling together, there were some minor issues but the property owner was responsive and helpful.
