Stayed Jun 22, 2025What a great apartment!I stayed here for 5 nights as I was visiting some friends abroad, and it was perfect for just 1-2 people. Small studio but was fine since I spent a majority of my time exploring. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked ok, and shower had good pressure. Restaurants around convenience stores around, about a 8 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio.Elena was very helpful. She responded quickly to my messages and even allowed us to check in a bit early due to the cleaning staff being done. I wouldn’t take off a star for this, but there was loud construction happening everyday at 8am. I wish I knew this before booking. So definitely ask before booking. Also, fridge is so small can’t fit pizza box. Which is fine for a studio, but don’t expect to go grocery shopping and keep food in fridge. Only sink is in bathroom.

Stayed May 21, 2025The flat was exactly as presented.Ivan gave precise indication for the arrival and was available for help.The flat is perfect if you want to walk accross Fiorenze, it take 10 min to be in the old town heart and everything is accessible.
