Stayed Feb 6, 2024We stayed 6 nights with a family of four and it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment is bright and clean with lots of space for all of us. Check in was really easy, we received lots of information ahead of time and the owner, Marina, is incredibly supportive and responsive. The apartment is steps away from all the sights of Oviedo (Cathedral, museums, restaurants, shopping). Hope to be back soon!

Stayed Oct 1, 2023We would strongly recommend this apartment. It is well situated and excellent facilities. The host was very helpful and instantly replied to our requests and queries but Google Translate helps if you do speak Spanish. Strongly recommended.

Stayed Jun 8, 2023The location was great, parking was adjacent to the building, easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the park. The apartment has a very clean and modern appearance. The management team was very helpful and responsive. Like most places in Oviedo there is no AC and no dryer, but it had all the other usual accommodations. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 1, 2023The unit was great, clean and up-to-date. The owner was great with communication and the location could not have been better; 6 minute walk to the cathedral, 4 minutes to a grocery store and accessible to many restaurants. Be aware that they do not have a parking spot, but there is a parking garage right next door.
