Stayed Sep 22, 2024The property is clean and attractive plus in an excellent location. The reserved parking is a distance away in a parking structure, but a convenience for a stay. The host was difficult to contact at times, and there was a mis-communication as we didn’t receive the arrival information until 30 minutes before arrival. Then we only had wifi the first day and were blocked for the remainder of our stay. We informed the host but didn’t get resolution. Belatedly she referred us to a second WiFi address but we never received the security code. The host was helpful when we asked for a referral to a nail salon and she provided the information to us.
