The bedroom area is designed to guarantee rest and privacy for 2 guests. Outside you can enjoy the furnished garden, relax on the balcony with a view or cool off in the shared swimming pool, whilst the covered parking in the building ensures convenience and security. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, hair dryer and television, and is also perfect for those working from home, thanks to quiet and well-organised spaces.



Located in Sirmione, the apartment allows you to quickly reach the historic centre with its picturesque streets, the beaches of Lake Garda, Gardaland and other theme parks, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and local restaurants.



Check-in is simple and self-service via code, available from 15:00 to 19:00, with the possibility of late check-in upon request. Check-out is by 10:00. Throughout your stay, a dedicated GardaGate contact is available for any emergency or information. Upon arrival, your identity document and payment of the municipal stay tax will be required.



Pets are not permitted, it is forbidden to organise parties or events, and quiet hours must be observed to ensure a peaceful holiday for all guests.
