Stayed Feb 19, 2025The house was very nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. The outdoor space was very limited and the communal pool was far, an umbrella and chairs would have been nice.

Stayed Mar 28, 2022Property very clean, quiet, peaceful. Good communication with host. Only negative is a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to closest beach. Ferry ride available to Cayo Costa (must see) when ferry available. Pine Island is lovely and ideal for fishing and kayaking.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay. I should have read up a bit more about it's proximity to communities and attractions like Port Charlotte (where our new home is located) or the beaches- but there were enough options that are normally reserved for the mainland.. like a grocery store, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, hiking trails and boat and boating related excursions. The place was comfortable and in a quiet location.. and it was clean. It certainly met the standard for it's nightly rate.

Stayed Feb 26, 2021We loved the place. Very clean and quiet. Internet was plenty strong enough if you need to work remotely. Owner is super friendly. Close to several nice restaurants. We will for sure stay here again.
