Eachapartment has an outdoor area where guests can relax, especially the penthouse with a very large terrace where all the guests can gather to spend pleasant moments of relaxation together enjoying the breathtaking sea view of the Gulf of Orosei.
The residence has a very large private park shaded by beautiful pines and oleanders and a private swimming pool where guests can cool off and relax. There is also a nice barbecue area, a garage and an additional service in the pool area.
